Zafar was the first to respond to my yelp requests. He offered a time slot within 2 hours and showed up promptly. We have a huge cherry tree which is the perfect jumping-off spot for rodents each summer– so they can get in the attic. Zafar was quick and efficient, pointing out several areas where they could get into our 100+ old house. He did a thorough inspection- set out necessary boxes- and gave suggestions on managing them. He also gave us a couple of extra smaller boxes for indoors in case they had come inside. It did end up costing more than the estimate- but I do feel that we are covered. I would use ASM again.
I hired ASM Pest Control about two months ago to help with a rodent situation. Zafar (the owner) came the same day; he assessed the situation professionally and then advised a course of action. He installed some equipment that night. In a couple of weeks, he called back to follow up. He came by again to install even more traps and baits, assuring us that it might take a little bit of time, but he is committed to do whatever it takes and come back as many times as he has to to get rid of the rodent situation. Even today, after so long, he called again to make sure that everything is under control. He also provided six months warranty, where other companies offered only three months. I felt I could trust Zafar from the beginning, not only to take care of the situation but to be very discreet about it. He has a gentle manner and was very respectful of our home. I would recommend ASM Pest Control to everyone who needs help, not only with rodents or insects.

Came to our property for Pest Control in Vancouver promptly and removed a large black wasp nest and set some rodent stations around the perimeter of our home. I called ASM pest control on Saturday night and they were at my home within the hour. The gentleman was courteous and thorough. He did not rush or charge for the late-night call.
